Fuck the System
by Oleg Klimovpublished onFor the sole purpose of downloading my archived data
Dear Meta Team,
I am writing regarding the sudden suspension/blocking of my Facebook account facebook.com/olegaklimov, which occurred without prior warning or clear explanation.
My account has been active since 2009 and contains a substantialarchive of personal and professional material accumulated over more than fifteen years. This includes photographs, correspondence, research references, publication history, and documentary records directly related to my professional work as a photographer and journalist.
At present, I have been denied not only access to my account, but also the ability to download my own data. No explanation of the alleged violation has been provided, nor have I been given a functional appeal channel or data retrieval option.

I consider this unacceptable.
Regardless of any account status review, I formally request:
1. Immediate clarification of the grounds for the account suspension.
2. Restoration of temporary access for the sole purpose of downloading my archived data.
3. Provision of a complete data export in accordance with my rights under applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.
Please note that the content stored in my account constitutes personal intellectual property and professional documentation spanning more than a decade. Denying access to this material without explanation or download capability raises serious concerns regarding data rights and platform accountability.
I expect a prompt response outlining the next steps required to resolve this matter.
Sincerely,
Oleg Klimov, my used to be facebook.com/olegaklimov
